1, Description
The crusher is mainly composed of jaw head guard plate, moving jaw plate, fixed jaw plate, side guard plate, frame, host base (fine broken without belt), elbow plate, spring, elbow plate pad, discharge port adjustment mechanism, eccentric shaft, bearing, belt pulley (flywheel), starting system, locking device and lubrication system.
The frame is welded with steel plate. The fixed jaw plate is composed of upper and lower fixed jaw plates and middle fixed jaw plates (more than 75 broken), which are fixed on the front wall of the frame through fixed jaw pressing iron and fixed bolts; The movable jaw plate is fixed on the jaw head by the movable jaw pressing iron.
In addition to supporting the jaw head and making it run according to a certain movement track, the liner plays a protective role when the crushing cavity enters the foreign matter which cannot be broken and the load increases sharply; That is to cut off the load and protect other parts from damage through self fracture.
The adjustment device adopts the wedge adjustment type, and the wedge can move left and right in the chute of the rear wall of the frame; Rotate the rotating nut of the adjusting device to drive the wedge to move left and right, so as to adjust the size of the discharge port.
The spring pull rod, spring and locking device play a locking role to tighten the moving jaw and prevent the elbow plate from falling off, so as to make the crusher operate normally. When the crusher works, the spring pressure should not be too large, as long as the impact sound between the elbow plate and the elbow plate adjusting seat can be eliminated.

The crushing cavity adopts a symmetrical "V" shape structure, which makes the actual width of the feed port consistent with the nominal width of the feed port. The adjustment of discharge port is faster and more convenient. European series jaw crushers are equipped with wedge discharge port adjustment device, which is simpler, safer and faster than the old gasket adjustment.

The selected bearing has larger specification and higher bearing capacity. All European jaw crushers are equipped with larger and more durable eccentric shaft bearings than other crushers of the same specification.
Their higher bearing capacity and effective labyrinth seal greatly prolong the service life of the bearings. In addition, the jaw crusher also adopts toothed guard plate, which increases the effective length of jaw plate and makes the output higher.
4, Working principle
When the jaw crusher works, the motor drives the pulley to drive the eccentric shaft to rotate, so that the moving jaw periodically approaches and leaves the static jaw, resulting in multiple crushing of the materials entering the crushing chamber, such as extrusion, rubbing and grinding, so that the materials to be crushed change from large particle size to small particle size, and gradually fall until the particle size meets the requirements and is discharged from the crusher.
